4 oz of bacon
½ cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup diced carrot or corn
8 oz fresh sliced mushroom
3 large potatoes - peeled & cubed or ½ bag of frozen hash browns
2 – 14 oz cans of chicken broth
2 cans beefy mushroom soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 good sized pinches of oregano
1 tsp paprika
3 tblsp parsley
1 good shake of Johnny's seasoning salt
2 good shakes of tabasco sauce
1 or 2 boiled and de-boned pheasants – diced
salt & pepper as needed
thin with half & half or milk

Brown bacon until crisp, then sauté onions and  mushrooms in the same pan until done. Combine all ingredients and simmer 40 to 45 minutes.
